Demilade Adejola is currently working on his Bachelor of Law degree at the University of Lagos. He has always nurtured a curiosity about the human mind. Demilade is fascinated by the interplay of environment and personality on behavior and is always looking inward to understand himself better.

Demi has a special interest in focus and productivity techniques, such as the Pomodoro method, the Eisenhower matrix, and the like. Basically, as a busy law student and freelance writer, he’s learned how to put a few of these techniques to good use!
